Dobson Ranch History

     Dobson Ranch is located in Mesa, Arizona and was originally owned by Wilson Wesley Dobson who moved from. He used the land for cattle ranching until his passing when his son took over ownership of it. His son failed at maintaining the land as a productive ranch and ended up selling off parcels of it. The executors of the land had decided to sell it off into much smaller parcels.

Within Dobson Ranch Golf Course owned by the community. There is also a tennis center to practice your swing or play with friends. The community center itself allows for various activities like Zumba classes, little league sports, yoga sessions etc. There’s an indoor pool and outdoor pools as well if you like swimming year round. They even have their own church right on site! You can meet new people through the homeowners association which holds regular meetings every month.
